What is the top reason neither men nor women generally prefer working for a woman?

I am not sure. I haven't had the same experience with female bosses, but I do like bosses who are willing to take a stand and not BS around. Though I have had positive and negative experiences with both, my favorite boss was a woman, I still send the company Christmas cards and keep them up to date on how things are going.
