Recently I found a prosthetic limb?

We were at the bus stop on 16th Street in DC and I saw something leaning in the corner. I went over, and it turned out to be a prosthetic leg. It looked used. It has a shoe on the foot. There was a dog tag around the ankle that looks like it says CPL J MILLER IRQ or something. Do you know where I can sell it. I listed it on E-Bay, but the auction got cancelled.
