Want To trade a 62 Gnome Rogue Us PVE for a 60 + char?

As I told somene another time asking a similar questions you cannot trade toons. It is against WOW rules. The only way to trade toons is between accounts that have the same name and the only way to change names on an account is to show proof of a name change. I have had to do this within my own accounts and know how it works.
