I think there is a bit of a control situation going on here. He sounds as though he has a crush on you but knows he is so much older. The doors are open for you so do what you feel is great for you. If your gut feeling is telling you to find employment else where then do that so you don't have this feeling of control over you. You are a free woman so don't let this hold you back. You don't need the daily stress. Shame on this manager for putting this feeling on you. In a sense this company is using you for there benefit, so they don't have to replace you with someone else.
