I need a business partner to help start a catering business in NY/NJ?

I work full time for a job I would rather not do. I need the business/managerial end of it. Would love to work with someone that has run a catering/cafe before and would love to try something new with a meeting place that server tea/coffee/multiple ethnic delicacies, but not a deli. More of a sorely needed Bistro in Central Jersey. Would love serious and like minded (and in some instances not like minded, but thinking innovatively) people.
