Are middlemen are necessary they cause price inflation,do u agree, explain?

The presence of middle men in any transaction,increases the price of the goods or services because of their commission.But they r a necessary evil.Can u buy ITC product from the company directly?Can u on ur own buy a house or plot for a house without the help of the middleman?In the channels of distribution,they r a necessity.Without them u can buy goods n services.They arrange the meeting of the buyer n the seller in some cases n buy goods from the manufacturer in bulk quantities n sell them to the retailers in small quantity.U can not do away with them.
