Is this pimple or cyst?

Im18yrs old leaving here in riyadh ksa when i got here i also started working when i am working my first week there is a something in face very painful like a pimple i thought it is just pimple but the months pes almosy 3 months the pimple is not like other people it is inside my skin at the outer skin it is color black im afraid because it is still here for a months but the good thing it didnt not change it size and texture and its not painful
