Who doesn't like the actor who portrays jacob?

he is really not the jacob in my mind, i'm thinking of a tall guy with russet skin of course, and a handsome 15 yr old who'll look like much mature, and how can that jacob fits bella? in the book, jacob is taller than edward, so how come they'll do that? he is supposed to be 6'4 correct me if i'm wrong, im just pissed off with the jacob actor thing..
