Pain in chest lung and heart?

Well recently my friend,who is 14, started experiencing pain in his lungs , heart and chest. Also, he feels great pain while breathing, the pain while breathing takes place mostly in the side of his lung and chest. These pains take place in the duration of approximately 5 minutes , it doesn't hap pent very frequently. Can you please suggest what it might be, I would be forever thankful.
