Help!!!! All my eyelashes are falling out!?

I already have sparse lashes as it is, and now I rubbed my eye, and noticed that 8-10 eyelashes fell off onto my hand!!!!! What's going on? This has never happened to me before, and I have a missin in my lash line :((((((( do eyelashes grow back? if so, is it quick??
