Do you think this will help move my labour on?

It's supposed to, gravity is supposed to help that's why they say walking will induce labor but I have plenty of friends that have used the exercise ball and it's helped them by just rocking back and forth on it. Some people say the peneal(spelling?) mage helps get things going and makes labour easier, but I'm not sure on that one.
