Do i have a chance in this?

I am a junior in high school i will probably be attending UM or SUNY Stony Brook for college and i will be getting my masters in mechanical engineering with a minor in engineering management. Will that be sufficient enough for me to open up my own business, after at least 5 years working some where else just to get ready, making Atvs or Dirt bikes or something that runs on an engine. Is this possible please be truthful especially in todays economy this might be difficult.
